Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, California, United States.

Processing Time:
Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing does not include weekends or US public holidays.

Delivery Time:
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States.
Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to courier issues, weather or other unexpected events.

Shipping Fee:
Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

Shipping Restrictions:
We only ship to the contiguous United States. We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, islands and PO boxes.

Tracking:
Once your package leaves our warehouse, the order with update with the tracking number. You can track your shipment online.

Lost or Damaged Package:
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective or the package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We will assist to resolve the issue.
